Yelvora is a trading name of Yelyzaveta Povaronkova, a sole trader.
One person trades here, under a name that is not her own, which is why her name is printed on every page of this site rather than kept on an About page.
These are the terms on which the kits in this catalogue are sold. They are written as a filled-in form: the name of the thing on the left, the answer on the right.
Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer. Where a term below and a statutory right disagree, the statutory right wins and this page is the one that is wrong.

A sole trader. There is no company, so there is no company number, no certificate of incorporation and no registered office, and the words that would go with one are not used anywhere on this site.

Consumers: people buying for themselves rather than for a business. If you are buying for a business, the consumer rights described here are not yours by law, and everything else below still applies.
8 editable career-document kits, £20 to £40. In full, and in the order they appear in the shop:
That is the whole list. Nothing else is sold on this site: no service, no subscription and no membership.
A download: editable documents in the file types listed on the kit's own page, and a PDF guide to editing and saving them. Every kit is the same file for every buyer; nothing is personalised before it is sent, and nothing is reviewed afterwards.
The contents, the file types and the compatibility printed on a kit's page are what the files must match. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 digital content has to be as described (s.36), of satisfactory quality (s.34) and fit for a purpose you made known before buying (s.35). Where a kit's page names a number of slide layouts or answer formats, that number is part of the description.
No recruitment or job-placement service: no vacancy is found, no employer is approached and no application is made on your behalf.
No writing, editing or review service: nothing you write is checked, corrected or commented on, and a document sent in for that would be deleted unread.
No promise of a job, an interview or a reply, and no claim about how any employer's applicant tracking software reads a file.
Word, PowerPoint or an application that opens DOCX and PPTX files, and a PDF reader. None of that is included with a kit and none of it is sold here. Its cost is yours and is nothing to do with this shop.
Pounds sterling (GBP). Every figure on this site is in pounds sterling.
The figure beside a kit is the whole amount asked for it. No delivery charge, card fee, handling fee or minimum order is added to it at any point, and the total shown at the checkout is the total that would be charged.
The shop's VAT position has not been settled, so this site makes no statement about VAT: it neither charges it, adds it, nor shows a registration number, and nothing here should be read as saying the question is decided. What is certain is the figure: the price shown is the amount that would be charged.
By a payment provider on its own hosted page. Card details go to that provider directly: they never reach this site and cannot be stored by it, which is why there is no card field anywhere here.
Ordering is not open yet: the kit files are still being finished, so nothing can be bought and nothing is charged.
The catalogue, the basket and the checkout are all built and readable so that everything about a purchase can be examined before there is any question of making one. The button that would place an order is switched off in the page itself, with the reason printed beside it.
You put kits in the basket, open the checkout, see the whole amount, give a name and an email address for the files, answer the two questions about when the download should start, and place the order. Nothing is added to a basket by this shop: the kits suggested on a kit page are suggestions and each carries its own button.
When the order confirmation is sent to the address you gave. That is the day the 14-day cancellation period starts counting from.
What was bought, what was paid, both of your answers to the two questions, the download terms and the edition of these terms in force that day. It is sent by email so that you keep your own copy of all of it, as regulation 16 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 requires.
Before the order is placed, the basket and the checkout can be changed as often as you like. After it, write to inbox@yelvora.tech with the order number and say what should have been in it; a wrong kit sent by mistake is put right without argument.
As a download link, by email, to the address given with the order. Nothing is posted and nothing physical is sold here.
A download link stays live for 30 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times. If it runs out or expires before you have the files, write and ask: a fresh one is sent at no charge.
Where you have asked for supply to start immediately, the link is sent once payment has gone through. Where you have not, it is held until the 14-day cancellation period has ended and sent then. Both are set out on the Delivery & Files page.
One person, as many of their own applications as they like, for as long as they like.
The layouts, the wording supplied in them, the guides and everything on this site belong to Yelyzaveta Povaronkova. Everything you write into a kit is yours, and the shop claims no right over it, no licence to use it and no copy of it: what you write never reaches this shop in the first place.
You may cancel within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason. There is exactly one thing that shortens it, and it is your own consent at the checkout under regulation 37 of the 2013 Regulations. The Cancellation & Refunds page sets it out in full, with the statutory wording and the model form.
Within 14 days of being told you are cancelling, by the same means you paid by, with no fee deducted. There is no "all sales are final" here and there could not be: a blanket refusal to refund would be unlawful.
If a file will not open, is missing something the kit page said it holds, or is not fit for a purpose you told the shop about before buying, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced (Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.43) and, where that cannot be done or is not done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, to a price reduction which may be the whole price (s.44). That applies whether or not the 14 days have passed, and nothing on this site takes it away: s.47 does not allow it to.
Giving an email address that works, since it is where the files go. Keeping your own copy of what you download, because a link does not stay live forever. Checking a document before you send it to anybody: the writing in it is yours, and so is the decision to send it.
Supplying files that match their description, sending the link when it is due, answering written messages within two working days, and putting right anything that is wrong with a file.
What is not limited, and cannot be: liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence (Consumer Rights Act 2015 s.65), liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, the statutory rights described above, and anything else the law does not permit to be excluded.
Beyond those, and because what is sold here is a document rather than advice: no responsibility is taken for the outcome of an application, since that turns on what you write and on decisions made by other people entirely.
Anything the licence above rules out, and anything unlawful. Where a kit is used in a way the licence does not allow, the licence for that kit may be ended; that does not affect the statutory rights of a buyer who has paid for it.
To inbox@yelvora.tech, or by post to 90 Cumberland St, Macclesfield SK10 1BT. A complaint is answered within two working days of arriving, and the answer says what will be done and by when.
If the answer does not satisfy you, nothing on this site affects your statutory rights, and free advice is available from Citizens Advice.
A contract for a download ends when the download has been supplied and paid for. Before that, either side may end it: you by cancelling, this shop by refunding you in full if for any reason it cannot supply what you ordered.
The edition in force on the day of your order is the one that governs it, whatever is published here later. The date of this edition is printed at the top of the page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them. That does not take away any protection given to you by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
Ordering is not open yet: the kit files are still being finished, so nothing can be bought and nothing is charged. These terms describe the purchase as it will work, and they are published now so that they can be read before anybody is in a position to agree to them.
