APP-01 · Application setsGraduate Application Kit£23The paperwork of applying, laid out for you to fill in
Eight editable kits for a job search: CVs and the cover letters that go with them, portfolio decks, interview preparation, a writing kit for your profile, and a way to keep track of what you have sent. You buy the files and complete them yourself.
Yelvora sells documents, not recruitment. Nothing here finds a vacancy, applies on your behalf, writes your answers for you or promises a job.

A file you fill in, and a guide to filling it in
Every kit is a download: editable documents in Word or PowerPoint format, and a PDF guide that works through them section by section. You type over the layout with your own material, delete what you do not need and save it out as a PDF before you send it.
The layouts do the part that is tedious and fiddly - margins that hold, dates that line up, headings that stay the same size when a block is deleted. The writing is yours, which is the only way an application survives the first follow-up question about it.
Nothing is personalised before it reaches you, and nothing is reviewed after. What arrives is the same file for every buyer, which is what keeps the catalogue at £20 to £40 rather than the price of somebody's afternoon.
The shop is arranged by what the file is for
The three letters at the front of a code say which kind a kit belongs to, so a code can be read straight off the shelf rather than looked up.
Application sets
A CV and the cover letter that travels with it, laid out in the same styles so an application arrives looking like one piece of work rather than two.
Portfolio decks
Slide layouts for showing work you have done: one project or case per run of slides, with room for the problem, the work and the outcome you choose to describe.
Interview preparation
Writing material for the part that happens out loud. Structures and worked answer formats you complete with your own examples before the conversation, not scripts to read from.
Search organisation
The paperwork around an application rather than the application itself: what went where, what came back, what is still owed and what to send next.
Profile writing
Exercises for the short pieces of writing a professional profile asks for - a headline, a summary, a run of roles - built so you draft them from your own material.
Or by where you are at the moment
The same eight kits, sorted by the job in front of you rather than by the kind of file. A kit appears once, under the stage it was laid out for.
First role after study
Little or no paid experience in the field yet, so the application has to do its work with study, projects and part-time work.
Established in your field
Several roles behind you and more material than fits on a page, so the job is choosing and ordering rather than filling space.
Changing direction
Moving into a field your job titles do not describe, so the application has to carry the skills across itself rather than leave the reader to do it.
Senior and consulting work
Work sold on cases and outcomes, where a deck is read alongside the CV and often before it.
Useful at any stage
Material that does not depend on how far along you are: preparing to talk about your work, writing a profile, keeping a search in order.
Every kit, what is in it, and what it costs
One table, because eight kits described the same way are easier to compare in a column than in eight paragraphs. Every figure is the whole amount asked for that kit.

Prices are in pounds sterling. The figure beside a kit is the whole amount: no delivery charge, no card fee and no minimum order are added to it, here or anywhere else on the site.
Editable files, and a guide to editing them
The document kits are DOCX. The portfolio decks are PPTX. Everything comes with a PDF guide, and the two kits that are as much for reading as for typing into come with a PDF copy as well.
You need something of your own to open them in. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint edit them as laid out; Google Docs and Slides, LibreOffice, Pages and Keynote will open them, and spacing and fonts can move on the way in. No software licence is included with a kit, and none is sold here.
Each kit page lists exactly what that kit holds, what it opens in and what it deliberately does not do, and those lists are what the files have to match.
- Type over it. The sample lines are there to be replaced. Headings, dates and role entries are built from styles, so one change runs through the document instead of being made twelve times.
- Delete what does not apply. Blocks are built to close the gap behind them. An empty section left in place is more noticeable than a shorter document.
- Save it as PDF before sending. The guide shows how, in Word and in PowerPoint. A PDF arrives looking the way you left it, whatever the reader opens it in.
How an order will work
Ordering is not open yet: the kit files are still being finished, so nothing can be bought and nothing is charged. You can look through the kits, read what is in each of them and keep a basket; the button that would place the order is switched off at the checkout, with the reason printed beside it. Nothing on this site asks for card details, then or later.
- First
Pick the kits
A kit goes into the basket when you press the button on it, and only then. Nothing is added for you, and the kits suggested on a kit page each carry their own button.
- Then
Check the total
The basket adds up the catalogue prices and shows the whole amount in pounds sterling before anything is confirmed.
- Then
Answer two questions
At the checkout you decide whether the download should start straight away. Saying yes ends the 14-day right to cancel for what is then supplied, and both answers are yours to give: neither box is ever ticked for you.
- Last
The files arrive
By email, as a download link. A download link stays live for 30 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times. Nothing is posted.
Ask what is in a kit, and get an answer from the person who wrote it
Yelvora is one person: Yelyzaveta Povaronkova. Questions about what a kit holds, what it opens in or whether it suits what you are applying for are answered by her, in writing.
