Write to the shop

Questions about what is in a kit, what it opens in, an order, a refund or the licence are answered in writing by Yelyzaveta Povaronkova, who wrote the kits.

Write to the shop

The form fills in a request; you send it

What you type stays in this browser. Filing gives the request a reference, writes it out in full and hands it to your own email program, addressed to the shop - the sending is yours to finish, and you can read the whole thing before you do.

The button needs the page's own script, which is why it waits until that has loaded. Without it nothing here can be filed, and writing straight to the address in the footer does the same job. No account is made, nothing is saved to this device and no payment details are ever asked for on this site.
