The STAR structure, twenty example answer formats and a preparation sheet for writing your own answers down before the conversation.
Interviews ask for examples, and most people have the examples but not the shape to tell them in. This kit is the writing part of preparing: the STAR structure - situation, task, action, result - set out plainly, with twenty example answer formats showing how a question of a given type can be answered in that shape.
The formats are shapes to fill, not answers to memorise. An answer you have written down in your own words is repeatable under pressure; a borrowed one comes apart at the first follow-up question, which is why nothing here is supplied as a script.
The preparation sheet is the working document: your own examples, one per sheet, with room to note the question types each one covers, so you go in knowing which story answers what.
This list is what the finished files have to hold. It is the description the kit is sold on, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a file that does not match it is not as described.
No software licence is included with a kit and none is sold here: whatever you open the files in is yours to have already, and its cost is nothing to do with this shop.
The PDF guide in the download goes through all of this in detail, with the steps for saving a finished copy as a PDF.
Suggestions, and nothing more: neither of these is in your basket, and following a link here does not put it there. Each one carries its own button.
