The whole amount first, then the two things an order needs: an address for the files, and your answer to the two questions about when the download starts.
Ordering is not open yet: the kit files are still being finished, so nothing can be bought and nothing is charged. Everything below is what an order will ask for, printed in full so it can be read before there is any pressure to answer it. The fields are switched off rather than hidden, nothing is charged, and no personal details are collected by this page in this state.

What an order will ask for
Two fields and two questions. The questions are the ones regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 turns on, and they are the only thing that can shorten your 14-day right to cancel.
Neither box is ticked in advance, here or at any later point: consent that arrives already ticked is not express consent and shortens nothing. Leave either one alone and the download simply waits until the 14 days are up, with the right to cancel running in full throughout. Both answers will be repeated back in the order confirmation email, so the buyer keeps their own copy of what they agreed. The Cancellation & Refunds page sets all of this out, with the statutory wording and the cancellation form.
What happens after that
- One
The total in the summary is the amount charged, in pounds sterling, shown in full before anything is confirmed. No delivery charge, card fee or minimum order is added after it. The shop is not making any statement about VAT while its position is unsettled: the figure shown is the figure asked.
- Two
Payment will be taken by a payment provider on its own page. Card details go to that provider directly: this shop never sees them and never stores them, which is why there is no card field anywhere on this site.
- Three
The files arrive as a download link by email, as set out on the Delivery & Files page. A download link stays live for 30 days from the order and can be used up to 5 times. Nothing is posted.
- Four
The order confirmation repeats what was bought, what was paid, both answers to the two questions above and the terms in force that day, so the buyer holds their own copy of all of it.
If something goes wrong with an order, write to inbox@yelvora.tech with the order number and say what happened. A written message is answered within two working days.
